Opie hopes Clay can look the other way given the circumstances and that Piney has nothing else to live for without the club. Jax's childhood friend is certainly put through the ringer, although his death falls into the 'noble sacrifice' category rather than Ophelia's famous suicide. Jax refuses to appoint one of his brothers as sacrifice and plans to offer up himself instead. Outside, Mary Winston, Opie's mother has come to speak to the club. SAMCRO want to unite the trio against L.O.A.N and the Mayans. Clay tells Tig and Juice to not say anything to anyone. The vote passes unanimously.
